Biomedical Laboratory Research Assistant (f/m/d)
MSB Medical School Berlin – Higher Education Institute for Health and Medicine - is a private, government-accredited university in Berlin, funded by Ilona Renken-Olthoff in 2012. MSB is part of the IRO group of research institutions in Potsdam, Hamburg, Erfurt and Düsseldorf/Krefeld. The MSB science faculty confers university degrees, offering a broad variety of career opportunities with study programs that ideally develop students’ strengths and talents. Since 2021, MSB Medical School Berlin offers the German state-accredited and licensed medicine study program with German state exam. At MSB Medical School Berlin more than 80 researchers work in three research institutes. Our entirely new laboratory complex is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation for biomedical research.
At the Institute of Translational Medicine for Health Care Systems (ITM) located in our Potsdam-based research labs, a full-time position for a
Biomedical Laboratory Research Assistant (f/m/d)
will be available at the earliest possible date for experimental laboratory assistance of research projects at MSB Medical School Berlin.
Your profile:
- You hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a life science discipline with a strong experimental background
- OR alternatively: You have training as a laboratory technician and/or relevant experience in laboratory work
- Ideally, you have experimental knowledge in the fields of microbiology, cell biology, cell culture and microscopy
- You are highly committed and intrinsically motivated to support researchers in MSB on a project-based level
- You are able to work independently and have excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- You have very good written and spoken English skills
